Yes, we want to make baking as easy and quick as possible but with the same, tasty results. Try this No-knead bread recipe to bake in your Swift Baker. You will definitely be surrounded by the smell of fresh bread more often.



Ingredients


4 Cups All Purpouse Flour

2 1/4 cups warm water (not hot)

1 Packet of Instant Yeast (10g)

1tsp Salt

4 Tbsp Sugar


Method:


Mix all the ingredients together until there are no more dry flour visible.

Prepare your ringpan with Non-Stick Cooking Spray.

Add the mixture to your ringpan.

Place in a warm area, cover with the dome and allow the dough to rise for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. If the dough rose over the inner open circle, just push it back with a spoon a bit.

Place the base of your Swift Baker on your gas appliance, put the ringpan on with the dome and bake for approximately 35 minutes. Gas appliances differ, start on the medium heat. Your bread will be ready when a knife comes out clean.
