We've all done it.....bought bread dough in store and created bread rolls that look as if they were bought at a boutique bakery. Now it is just so much easier and faster. Great to do outdoors or for that quick meal after a hard day at work.
1 Bag of store-bought bread dough (white or brown)
Here’s how to do it:
Prepare your ring pan with non-stick cooking spray
Make little bun balls and place in the ringpan. Tip: Don't pull the dough, pinch it off with between your thumb and fingers)
Place the dome over the ring pan and leave in a warm place so that the dough can rise to at least double it's size.
Once the dough has risen, place the base on your gas outlet, place the ring pan on the base, cover with the dome and turn on your gas to the medium setting. All gas appliances differ, if you are unsure, rather start a bit slower and turn up the heat a bit later.
Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Once done, you can either 'paint' a mixture of hot milk and sugar over the rolls or add some melted butter.
