Bacon Kipps Quiche

We're all about making food as delicious and easy as possible. Well, you can't get an easier recipe than this. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner, hot or cold. The great thing about quiche is that you can add whatever you like, for example mushrooms, feta, etc. This is just a basic quiche recipe to get you started.


  • 1 Packet of Bacon Kipps

  • 8 Eggs

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 250g diced bacon

  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup Mozarella cheese (optional)

  • Salt and pepper


  • Crush the bacon kipps in a bag. It does not have to be fine, all the pieces should just be chrushed.

  • Prepare your Swift Baker Ring Pan with Non-Stick Spray

  • Add the crushed Bacon Kipps so that it covers the bottom of the ring pan.

  • Prepare the diced bacon in a pan and cook until a bit crunchy.

  • Add the spinach for approximately 4 minutes. Take the pan off the stove and let it cool down.

  • Mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and add the cheese.

  • Add the bacon and spinach and mix well.

  • With a soup spoon, pour the mixture slowly over the Bacon Kipps in your ring pan.

  • Bake on medium gas for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

  • Allow to cool down in the pan for approximately 10 minutes before turning it over onto a plate.
